Lyss Day Witvoet (they/them)
is a disabled queer jeweler, writer, and maker based in Brooklyn, New York. Their work explores in-between spaces and interconnectedness with the natural world, often focusing on embodiment of the intangible.
They are currently conceptualizing a series of assistive adornments: pieces that work with and for disabled bodies, as extensions of self.
They work as a bench jeweler, and recently graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in English concentrating in Creative Writing.
